Agreement

By accessing or using Wayrally, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact: [email protected].

The service

Wayrally provides collaborative group trip planning: shared itineraries, maps, and expense splitting with realtime updates. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without uptime guarantees or a formal SLA.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share magic-link emails or allow others to use your session.

Your content

You retain ownership of trip content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, display, and sync that content for trip members you invite. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or use the service to harass others or violate third-party rights.

Collaboration and data conflicts

Multiple editors may change the same trip data at once. When that happens, the most recent saved change wins. We do not guarantee field-level merge or conflict notifications.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to break security, scrape the service at scale, overload infrastructure, or use Wayrally for spam or illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Payments

The current MVP does not charge fees or process payments through the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

Wayrally is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Trip plans and expense splits are for convenience only—we are not a travel agency, insurer, or financial advisor.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayrally and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero for the free MVP).

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Export or delete your account from Profile. We may suspend or end the service or your access with reasonable notice where practicable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected].

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
